Inside the box:  2 CDs, one instructing you through 7 sections of poses:  Warm Up, Sun Salutation, Standing Poses, Seated Poses, Backbending, Finishing Poses, and Relaxation.  The poses are illustrated and explained on the cards, with information about alignment and benefits.  The second CD is music for your practice.  The box also contains a yoga strap, tealight candle,  and incense/holder.

  1. One small step that I can take immediately to reinforce a regular yoga practice is to find articles like yours (on MindBodyGreen) that help ignite the flame within me to begin and SUSTAIN the practice.

  2. As I already sport at Home ! Yoga would be a good alternative to stretch and relax ! I would définitely add it to my sport everyday routine !

  3. Put the OM flashcards in my 10 month old’s toy boxes to remind myself to take time during her naps to practice. Also start teaching her poses and incorporating them into our play time!

  4. Share with my family the need to have my “yoga time” so as to be a better mom, wife and all around more balanced being! 🙂

  5. I have the mat and have taken a class or two but need to do this on MY time during the day. My small step will be to set aside a regular schedule for my yoga/relaxation time 🙂

  6. Thank you so much for the giveaway. I would love to win the OM Yoga Box! So, for me, a regular yoga practice is a habit. And habits are easiest when you start with small steps. So I am going to begin with 10 minutes of yoga every morning. Once I’ve established that daily habit I will extend the length of time of the practice.

I have just started practicing yoga,and right now being a beginner is difficult, but one small step that I can take to regularly practice yoga is to do it everyday, no matter what is going on in life, and even of I don’t have more then a few moments just one or two poses throughout the day. after a while it will be routine.
